In the place of current shrine there was a wooden cross erected after II WW. It was dismounted in 2001 r. Then shrine was erected. In 2008 shrine was renovated. It is One tier shrine of red brick with gable roof on the Greek cross plan covered with sheet metal. There is iron cross at the top of the roof. On the front side of the shrine there is granite plate with inscription: "Jezus chce, abym była bardziej znana i miłowana. Maryja w Fatimie" On the gable there is oval granite plate with stylized inscription "MA". In the shrine there is figure of Madonna of Fatima.
