It is two tier shrine of red brick with concrete plinth and gable roof on the Greek cross plan covered with concrete. Plinth os partially made of stone. Shrine has three glazed windows. Abowe the windows there are rounded bays. On the top of the roof there is fine metal cross. On lower level figure of the Our Lady Queen of the World. There is no figure on upper level. Between levels there is a metal plate with inscription: "O MARIO KRÓLOWA MÓDL SIĘ ZA NAMI".
